Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any tobacco products.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

This allows us to review your request as quickly as possible. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution, whether that means a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Order Changes

If you entered the wrong shipping address or made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct it before your order is processed or shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be cancelled automatically and will not be shipped.
